Access to our services is subject to our agreement.

You agree that the photos and texts we post about you on our website are for free and that we will not pay you for the photos and texts we publish on our website.

Basic principles

Do not submit photos or texts that are abusive and need the police or a lawyer. If you have a dubious behavior, we can suspend or remove our partnership. Remember that this website is dedicated to beauty, glamour and nude. So you have to consider posting only bikini, lingerie, topless, artistic nude and erotic nude photos. If that bothers you, this site is not for you. When you propose nude photos, assume your nudity! Do not blur out your boobs, your genitals or your butt! When you pose topless or fully nude, you are supposed to be comfortable with your body. Otherwise this site is not for you. You can post selfies! But post only quality photos. Talk only on your news of what concerns you directly. Others will do the same for themselves. Be responsible and courteous to others. Do not want to make public on your page your relationship problems with other people. Do not report the alleged abusive behavior of a company or photographer on your news. Our articles are not for that. Be honest and fair with your profile. Be truthful about your age. Respect the privacy of others. If you spot an error or a flaw in the website please report it. We always treat your feedback seriously.

Responsability

You agree that Spicy Nude is not responsible for, and does not endorse, Content posted within the Service. We do not have any obligation to prescreen, monitor, edit, or remove any Content. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links that you submit, post and display on the Spicy Nude service. You accept responsibility for your own actions and will pay for all data charges you incur while using Spicy Nude. Account and secure access

Passwords on our website are your responsibility and we never get to see them. If you lose or forget your password, we can not give you it back, you must create another one using our secure process.

Supervisory Commission

The Supervisory Board is composed of eight members. This Board checks the violations of the terms and conditions of use and copyright rules that are reported to its president. It confirms or denies the validity of the alleged acts and decides on any sanctions. The Supervision Board examines also disputes.
Models can contact freely the Supervision Board for any disagreement related to the services provided. The decisions of the Commission are always final.

Closing your professionel relationship with us

You can close our partnership at any time. Simply send us an email. After we receive confirmation from you, we delete all your content, page and galleries in a 48 hours delay. This closing is final and you can not ever open a new account with us.

Galleries

You can propose us as many galleries as you want.
Each gallery must have at least 12 photos and at most 24 photos.
Each gallery has to be built around a theme. In other words, the photos must have a link between them (same serie, same bikini, same place, same ambience, same context...). Don't post unrelated photos to create a gallery.
Each gallery must contain photos taken by only the same photographer or studio. All photos in the gallery must have the same copyright.

Logos

Images that are just logos for other websites will be removed.

Copyright

You must have permission to use the images you post.
You must be in the images.
You must specify who is the owner of the photos.

Mark your galleries correctly

Thank you to respect our categories by identifying your galleries as "topless and nude", "erotic nude" or "explicit nude". If you mark your images in a non-appropriate category, we have to correct it. Repeat offenders may temporarily lose their ability to upload new images and new galleries.

Acceptable photos and videos

Any image representing you in lingerie, bikini, monokini, thong.
Any female topless image whether we can see nipples or not.
Any nude image regardless of whether there are nipples, genitals and buttocks visible.

Not acceptable photos and videos

Not acceptable photos include, but are not limited to:
any image showing only pubic area.
any image showing only bare buttocks.
degrading scenes of a sexual nature.
ejaculation, be it male or female, real or implied.
bondage of a sexual, erotic, explicit nature, clothed or nude.
extreme bondage whether real or implied.
sexual penetration with hands.
blood, gore, violence.
extreme gore whether real or implied.
depictions of drug use.
scenes of cutting or dismemberment, whether real or implied.
images advertising competing web sites or services, or images with the sole intention of advertising other competing sites or services.
images that are flyers or adverts for castings or events.

Images and videos that may get removed

We don't want gratuitous sexually explicit images on our website. Marking degrading images as "erotic" doesn't mean that they are acceptable. There must be some merit to the shot.
Anything below may be removed and your ability to upload new images suspended.
We reject any photography depicting degrading sexual acts. If in doubt contact us and ask. We may remove photos that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates our Terms of Use. All our decisions are final. If you disagree or don't respect them, we may close your account.

2257 Compliance

Spicy Nude is an adult non-pornographic website. It does not value porn. However you can under condition post erotic images related to human sexuality. These images must be 2257 Compliant. All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in your galleries must be over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
All other visual depictions are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

Custodian of Records

The owners and operators of this Website are not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 USC section 2257) of any of the visual content contained in your page and galleries.
